Role Overview

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and contact potential clients (freelancers, coaches, liberal professionals, entrepreneurs)
  • Present our services and convert leads into paying clients
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach freelance Sales Reps
  • Support your team to close deals and stay motivated
  • Earn commissions on your own sales (Tier 1)
    …and recurring commissions on your team’s sales (Tier 2)

Who You Are

  • You’re a natural leader with strong sales instincts
  • You enjoy mentoring others and celebrating their success
  • You’ve sold digital services before (Web, IT, Marketing, etc.)
  • You’re self-driven, resourceful, and solution-oriented
  • You thrive in commission-only roles that reward performance
  • You’re fluent in at least one of the following languages: English, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian
